Double Heat:
For applications that require sealing heavy materials without reducing output. (All models except ST-80) Pinch Roller System: This feature works well for gusset bags. The pinch roller ensures integrity of the seal at the gussets. Trim Seal Shoot: For those models with trim feature, the trimshoot is a cost effective method of collecting trim scrap. Quick Set Cooling: Requires clean, dry, compressed air. Provides a very effective system for cooling the seal at high speed and heavy mill bag applications. Due to the very cool air generated, the sealing band belt life is extended. This type of cooling system was developed by us and has proved to be very effective. SLE16KIT-E (Date Code Embosser): It is available in kit form and will emboss a date code in the seal line area (adjustable and can be indexed). It can be installed on models ST200, ST225 & ST250 in the field, installation is extra, please call for details. Electronic bag detect, hardened steel type is used in the embossing process, it should be ordered at the same time the product is ordered, our supplier manufactures type to order with 2-3 week minimum delivery. (Not available for the ST-80) SLE-16MKMKIT-E: Dry Ink Date Code System, incorporates the MarkemŽ 986A printer. It can be installed on models ST200, ST225 & ST250 (as above). Brass type is used and can be purchased directly from MarkemŽ. Compression Belts: The ST250 series of conveyors can be fitted with a compression belt mounted on the incline conveyor, it will expel the majority of excess air in the bag. The ST225 series of conveyors can be installed with side compression belts to achieve the same purpose. Compression belts are included with Model ST257. Product Counter: Available on the full rotary sealer product line. Splash Proofing: Due to the design of a continuous rotary heat sealer, they are difficult to waterproof, however, we can make them splash proof by covering the critical components. It should be noted, even if made splash proof, the sealing head cannot be power washed. Electrical Requirements: Standard sealers line requires 110-120 Volts AC @ 60Hz. Some models can be manufactured to operate at 220-240 Volts. If you require a nonstandard working voltage, it must specified at the time of ordering, please call for details. Note: All the above options are available, as factory installed at time of machine order. They must be specified at the time of placing an order. Exceptions are the SLE16KIT-E and SLE-16MKMKIT-E.
